Q: I don’t see my alterations needs listed on your price list. Are these the only services you offer?
A: Our Master Tailor and alterations specialist has over 40 years of experience sewing garments for women and men. He has worked with a variety of fabrics, lace, beaded and embroidered items, leathers and fur. If you don’t see the service you need on our price list please reach out to us via E-mail at info@justsaysew.com for any specialty alterations questions.

Q: Where can we meet for a fitting?
A: JustSaySew is a mobile business. Our Master Tailor can meet at the Austin location that is most convenient for you – typically your home or office. If you are coming from outside the Austin area, then you can arrange to have our tailor meet you at your hotel. Simply choose a comfortable location for your fitting and let us know the address. 

Q: How will I know when my alterations are complete and my garments are ready?
A: You will receive an email notification from info@justsaysew.com. If you have not received a notification in a timely manner, please double check your email spam folder. You can also contact Stephanie, our Studio Manager at stephanie@justsaysew.com or 512-456-3557.

Q: How will my finished garments be returned?
A: Once your garments are ready, you will receive an email notification and a link to schedule your delivery appointment. Your garments can be delivered to your home or office at your convenience. We ask that you be present upon delivery so that we can ensure your garments are delivered to you safely. If you live outside the Austin area then you can make arrangements with us to have your finished garments shipped to you.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards. All payments are sent through our easy online system and receipts will be sent straight to your E-mail for your records.
